I deeply love being with people on their healing journey. It's meaningful to be able to hold space for someone going through a challenging time and support them with unconditional positive regard and gentleness. Sincere connection, compassion, collaboration and deep listening all characterize my approach to therapy. I honor the wisdom within each of us and believe that healing can happen for everyone. It's inspirational for me to witness people tap into their inner strength and feel empowered and vibrant.
